Love and marriage, they go together like a horse and carriage! And Carriages Mobile Café Bar can add the finishing touch to your special occasion to create fabulous photo opportunities, lasting memories and instagrammable moments.
Booking
A booking fee of £250 will secure your chosen date.
This includes:
- Consultation to plan your requirements
- Hire of the horsebox for up to 8 hours
- Minimum of two members of staff to run the bar
- Temporary Events Notice (to allow the allow the sale of alcohol, where applicable)
- Disposable/compostable barware
Packages
There are three packages to select from to suit your budget.
Punters Bar
You and your guests pay for their own drinks.
Jockeys Bar
You put a pre-paid amount ‘behind the bar’ in advance of your event to treat your guests to e.g. a welcome drink.
Once that amount is reached, it becomes a Punters Bar.

Owners Bar
You offer an ‘open bar’ to your guests and the hosts pay for all drinks (this option requires a minimum of £500 to be paid in advance and the balance will be invoiced after the event, payable within 5 working days)
During the consultation, we will work with you to agree a package and drinks selection that you want to offer.
